Puedes pedir que borremos tu cuenta completa, o solo parte de tu información conservando tu cuenta activa. No necesitas tener la aplicación instalada ni una sesión activa.
Puedes pedir que borremos datos concretos sin cerrar tu cuenta: por ejemplo tu teléfono, tu nombre del historial de lecturas, o los datos que enviaste en el formulario de solicitud de acceso. Indícalo en el formulario y lo procesamos igual.
Las lecturas de alimento y los pedidos registrados pertenecen a la granja, no a la persona, y son parte de su operación. Se conservan, pero se les quita tu nombre. Si eres el titular de la granja y quieres borrar todo su historial, indícalo abajo.
Atendemos la solicitud dentro de los 30 días naturales siguientes. Te confirmamos por correo cuando esté hecho.
You may request deletion of your full account, or of specific data while keeping your account active. You do not need the app installed or an active session. Choose the option in the form above.
Deleted: your sign-in account, password, and profile (name, username, role). Contact details submitted through the access request form are deleted too.
Retained: feed readings and orders belong to the farm's operating records, not to an individual. They are kept, with your name removed. Farm owners may request full deletion by noting it in the form.
Timeframe: requests are handled within 30 calendar days. You will receive an email confirmation.
